Unit Pets使用超商取貨或郵局/宅急便/宅配通或其他當時配合宅配業者在台灣運送我們的産品。
運送海外地區會依照當時配合物流進行運送，可先私訊我們詢問。

免運費條件

台灣運費：超商店到店60元宅配到府150（須先信用卡付款）。

免運活動另行公佈在FB粉絲團或官方網站。

訂單處理時間

訂單通常在1-5個工作天出貨。我們不會在週末及連續假期安排出貨。

訂單運送時間

顧客通常在5-7個工作天內會收到貨。

Shipping Policy

Unit Pets use convenience store and express delivery to ship our deliveries in Taiwan.

Free Shipping Requirement

Shipping fee in Taiwan: NT60 from the convenience store to the store, NT150  for home delivery (payment by credit card is required).
Free shipping will be announced  on the Facebook or official website.

Order Processing Time

Order will be taken 1-5 business days. We will not work on Sat, Sun and public holidays.

Order Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days.
